As Squad Leader I managed work within a distributed team of designers and developers. I was responsible for ensuring high quality service delivery across multiple, small-to-large concurrent projects for a wide variety of clients throughout the US and Canada. I set the pace, energy, and environment for my Squad. Furthermore, I acted as a facilitator within my Squad, ensuring challenges were embraced as opportunities and team members stayed on track and on task.
Collaboratively worked with the Director and other Squad Leads to drive a significant increase in utilization rate while increasing client satisfaction, reducing projects in distress and eliminating the need for an escalation system and process.
